As their Digital Marketing Manager, I managed the following:
• Developed DTCI digital media strategies across social, editorial, video, mobile, and programming across Disney owned and operated properties
• Managed all aspects of the campaign lifecycle including: strategy, conception, creative development, execution, reporting, campaign analysis, and optimizations
• Spearheaded first Disneyland and Walt Disney World Resorts Social Media Campaigns to drive awareness, hotel bookings, and dining experience bookings across
both franchises, seven different hotels, and three dining experiences
• Worked closely with design and production teams to oversee the delivery of creative assets and manage stakeholder feedback
• Managed banner ad creatives, homepage takeovers, landing pages, and promotional placements on the Disney.com homepage
• Executed incoming influencer marketing opportunities across social and editorial platforms – Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, and blog content
• Worked with audience dev teams to A/B test and optimize paid social posts to drive traffic and conversion on high-priority campaigns and ticketed events
• Provided data-driven insights through routine reporting and analysis to optimize creative and social strategies
• Managed relationships with cross-functional TWDC partners to seek out possible strategic Synergy integrations into products and campaigns and help drive
commercialization: Studio, Parks, Disney Digital Network, Communications/PR, Ad Sales, Retail, Franchises, Licensees, and creative agency partners
